A basic retainer package starts at just 20 hours, for larger businesses we can create a bespoke package to suit your business’s needs but most SME Organisations with less than 100-employees tend to use a package of around 100-hours per annum. This is significantly cheaper than hiring in-house Counsel or HR. Our prices are very competitive and where Tribunals involved we can be covered by the Legal Expenses Insurance provided by your business insurance policy.
All retainer packages include;
- Annual contract audit.
- On-going HR and Employment Law advice as and when required – advice can be given by phone, email or in meetings.
- Regular email updates.
- Updates to contract and staff handbook templates to remain UK law compliant.
Staff training can be provided using retainer hours or by special rate (see below).
Fixed fee’s – can be arranged to suit.
Hourly / day rates – can be arranged to suit.
We believe you should only be paying for services you actually use. We will not bind you into long and expensive contracts or build in expensive extras that you have not asked for. If you need extras like training or help defending a tribunal claim we will discuss the likely costs with you on a case-by-case basis and provide a bespoke and personal service.
